Board Members

CEO/Chairman of the Board - Bobby Malanga (right) founded Prescribing Hope in 2007. He has a degree in Cell and Developmental Biology and a minor in Chemistry from CSUF. Bobby is currently an MS1 at the Howard University College of Medicine.

Vice President of Operations in Mexico - Carlos Millan has a degree in Molecular Biology with a minor in Chemistry from CSUF. He hopes to pursue a career in medicine to help fight the current health issues present in the Hispanic community.

Corporate Secretary - Joana Loeza is a Cal State University Fullerton graduate and an EMT. She is currently in a pre-med program at Cal State Los Angeles.

Clinic Coordinator - Katie Richardson has an associates degree in Chemistry and a bachelors degree in Cell and Developmental Biology. She has been volunteering with Prescribing Hope for over a year at the medical clinic in Jacume, Mexico, and plans to become a Physician Assistant.

Triage Coordinator - Natalia Cardenas has a Bachelors of Science in Biology from the University of California, Irvine. She is a certified EMT and is in the process of becoming a Physicians Assistant.

Advisory Board - Mandy Morales has spent over a year as the clinic coordinator at Prescribing Hope's free medical clinic in Jacume, Mexico and is also in charge of managing Prescribing Hope's 80+ clinical volunteers. Mandy's devotion to whole-person care has helped Prescribing Hope focus on preventative medicine and patient education in communities with no history of medical assistance. Advisory Board - Conrad Williamson graduated from the University of California, Santa Cruz with a Bachelors of Science in Health Sciences. He is currently an EMT with certifications in CPR & First Aid, and an MS1 at the UC Davis School of Medicine.

Advisory Board - Ernesto Casillas graduated from California State University Fullerton with a degree in Biological Science. Ernesto is currently working as a biomedical scientist at the National Institute of Health in Bethesda, Maryland.
