Students Without Borders Inc. has officially started planning the opening of the new free medical clinic in El Encinal, Baja California. We have been approved to use a portion of the local police station as the location for the clinic and have started fund raising so that we can purchase enough supplies to treat the local population of over 2,000 residents. We are in the process of training a team to run the clinic.
